1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) jiliwin1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiliwin1 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliwin1 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jiliwin1 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiliwin1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jiliwin1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. jiliwin1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by jiliwin1 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliwin1 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliwin1 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jiliwin1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from jiliwin1 is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwin1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jiliwin1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliwin1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for cause, jiliwin1 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player following satisfactory completion of any required review, subject to applicable legal holds.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jiliwin1's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
